The Case of the Missing Mascots

‘The Case of the Missing Mascots’ is a Stage-Play created by 14 children in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of Primary School.

At school, all the children are excited about the Big Sports Day Competition! They are so happy that their schools mascots - Cute Dog and Shy Cat - will be there to support them and give them good luck! But when the two mascots suddenly disappear, the children are worried that the Sports Day might be cancelled. The Headteacher and their English Teacher tell the girls to let them solve the problem, but the girls are determined to find out what happened themselves! So the girls decide to look for clues, and through the power of teamwork and curiosity, they try to figure out The Case of the Missing Mascots…

An original Stage-Play exploring mystery and comedy, ‘The Case of the Missing Mascots’ was written over the course of the 2023/24 academic year by a group of 14 non-native English San Patricio students aged 6-8. It included moral messages related to teamwork, honesty and togetherness.
